Refund policy

For custom commissions:
No returns or exchanges for custom made items unless damaged in transit (proof required within 48 hours of delivery). Deposits are only refundable if we cannot fulfill the order as agreed.

For ordered items (non custom):
Refunds are issued on a case by case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us. Our priority is customer satisfaction, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. This may include a partial refund, store credit, a replacement, or another mutually agreed solution depending on the situation.

For all purchases (custom and non custom):
If your item does not fit due to incorrect measurements or specifications provided by you, this is not our responsibility. We make every piece precisely to the information you supply. This does not qualify for a refund.

However, customer satisfaction is our priority. In the event of an ill fitting item caused by customer provided measurements, please contact us. While we cannot offer refunds or returns in this situation, we will review each situation individually to find a fair resolution.
